Unparalleled access: As a member of Polaris Primary Care, you will have Dr. Hutchinson's cell phone number to call, text, or video chat at any time. If you fall sick, next day or even same day appointments are available.
Trusting relationship: With 90 minute annual visits and 60 minute follow up visits, you and Dr. Hutchinson will have the time to address all aspects of your health. Understanding what matters most to you, together you will develop a plan to achieve your unique health goals.

Annual payment: $3100 per year
Monthly payment: $285 per month
What is included?
Your membership includes a 90-minute annual physical, 60 minute follow-up visits, and same/next day appointments when you're sick. You'll have Dr. Hutchinson's cell phone number, plus hands-on coordination with your specialists.
How does this work with my insurance/Medicare?:
Your membership covers the care you receive directly at Polaris Primary Care. Dr. Hutchinson's orders for specialists, imaging, and medications will still be handled by your insurance coverage.

What is included in my Annual Physical?
Your annual physical is a 90 minute comprehensive evaluation of your current health combined with preventative testing to safeguard your future health. This includes:
