Primary Care for Working Professionals
If you're in the busiest stretch of your life — building a career, supporting a family, and carrying more responsibility than ever — your own health is often the first thing to get pushed aside. Traditional healthcare doesn't make it any easier: long waits for an appointment, crowded waiting rooms, fifteen rushed minutes with a doctor you can barely reach afterward. It's no wonder so many capable, accomplished people simply put off taking care of themselves.

Dr. Hutchinson built his practice to remove that friction entirely. He offers attentive, high-quality primary care that fits around your life rather than forcing you to rearrange it. He takes the time to understand your goals — whether that's having the energy to perform at work, staying healthy for your family, or investing now in a longer, stronger future — and when a medical concern comes up, he walks you through the options, explains the trade-offs clearly, and helps you choose the path that fits your health and your priorities. You get a doctor who treats your time and your health with equal respect.

Direct Access to Your Doctor

When you're a patient of Dr. Hutchinson's, you get his cell phone number and his email address. A quick question doesn't require taking a half-day off or sitting on hold — you can reach him directly, get a real answer, and get back to your day. It's the kind of straightforward, personal communication that's almost impossible to find in conventional primary care.
And when something urgent comes up, you won't be left scrambling for an urgent care clinic or sacrificing an evening in the emergency room. For most issues, Dr. Hutchinson can see you the same day or the next day, so you get prompt care from the doctor who already knows your history.
A Quarterback for Your Care
Even healthy, high-functioning adults can end up juggling more than they expected — a specialist here, a screening there, a medication question that never quite gets answered. Coordinating all of it on top of a demanding schedule is the last thing you have time for, and it shouldn't be your job to make sure your doctors are talking to one another.

That's where Dr. Hutchinson comes in. He acts as the quarterback for your health, coordinating directly with your specialists by calling and messaging them himself. He keeps the full picture in view — making sure recommendations line up, your medications make sense together, and nothing falls through the cracks. You get one trusted doctor managing the whole game plan, so you can stay focused on everything else you're responsible for.

Visits That Are Never Rushed

Good medicine takes time, and most appointments simply don't allow enough of it. Dr. Hutchinson's visits are different: annual visits are 90 minutes and follow-up visits are 60 minutes. That means there's room to address everything on your mind — not just the one or two items a typical rushed appointment allows — and to actually get ahead of problems rather than chasing them.
It also means there's time to talk about the things that quietly determine how you feel and how well you age. What are you eating for breakfast? For lunch? What kind of exercise are you getting? How are you sleeping, and how are you managing stress? For busy professionals especially, these everyday factors make an enormous difference, and unhurried time together lets Dr. Hutchinson help you build real, sustainable health rather than just treating issues as they arise.
Hormone Replacement Therapy
The years between your 40s and 60s are often when shifting hormones start to affect how you feel — and many people spend a long time assuming it's "just getting older" before anyone takes a close look. Dr. Hutchinson evaluates and manages hormone health for both women and men as part of comprehensive care.

For women, this includes the perimenopausal and menopausal transition, when symptoms like hot flashes, disrupted sleep, mood changes, brain fog, and changes in energy or libido can meaningfully affect quality of life. For men, it includes the evaluation of low testosterone, which can show up as fatigue, low motivation, reduced strength, poor sleep, or changes in mood and libido.

In both cases, Dr. Hutchinson starts with a thorough conversation and appropriate lab testing rather than a one-size-fits-all prescription. If hormone replacement therapy is a good fit, he tailors the approach to you, explains the benefits and risks clearly, and monitors you over time to keep treatment safe and effective. The goal is simple: to help you feel like yourself and perform at your best through this stage of life.

How Can I Become A Patient?
Dr. Hutchinson is currently accepting new patients.

Polaris Primary Care follows a membership model often referred to as concierge medicine or direct primary care. Patients pay a simple annual fee for access to all of his care, and Dr. Hutchinson does not bill insurance for his services — which is what frees him to offer extended visits, direct access, and the personal attention described above.
Your existing insurance still plays its usual role for everything outside the office: any medications, imaging, and visits to specialists are billed through your insurance as they normally would be.
You can learn more about our membership model here or if you'd like to speak with Dr. Hutchinson directly you can book a new member consultation below.
During the 30 minute virtual or in-person meeting you and Dr. Hutchinson will discuss what type of care you are looking for, our direct access model, pricing and if this approach is the right fit for you.
